Server 500 Errors:

If you see a server 500 error when attempting to use any component within unit tools, this is typically due to the hosting infrastructure having gone idle due to inactivity across all users. It has to warm back up and reconnect to the database. If you simply wait a few moments and try again, that should correct any issues. Options are being explored to reduce or eliminate these issues in the future.
